According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's weekly Export Sales Report, total known outstanding sales and accumulated exports of all classes of wheat for the 2013/14 marketing year, through April 24, 2014 were 31.3 million metric tons (MMT), 18 percent greater than last year's year-to-date total of 26.5 MMT.

Net sales of 214,900 metric tons for delivery during the 2013/2014 marketing year were down 37 percent from the previous week and 25 percent from the prior 4-week average and within trade expectations of 150,000 to 350,000 MT. Increases were primarily for the Philippines (42,439 HRS, 30,000 white), Japan (47,703 HRW, 22,897 HRS, -10,012 white), Brazil (56,468 HRW), Indonesia (24,700 HRS, 19,800 white), Colombia (24,778 HRW, 1,999 HRS, 8,000 SRW, 2,000 white), and the Dominican Republic (6,500 HRW, 3,000 HRS, 4,000 SRW).
USDA forecasts 2013/14 U.S. wheat exports (including donations) to reach 32.0 MMT. Commitments to date (of wheat and wheat products) are 98 percent of total projected exports, below the five-year average of 102 percent of exports committed by this date.
