According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's weekly Export Sales Report, total known outstanding sales and accumulated exports of all classes of wheat for the 2013/14 marketing year, through February 20, 2014 were 28.1 million metric tons (MMT), 24 percent greater than last year's year-to-date total of 22.7 MMT.

Net sales of 365,100 MT for delivery during the 2013/2014 marketing year were down 14 percent from the previous week and 39 percent from the prior 4-week average within trade expectations of 300,000 to 500,000 MT. Increases were primarily for unknown destinations (21,800 HRW, -12,600 HRS, 7,375 SRW, 35,000 white), the Philippines (235 HRW, 29,097 HRS, 21,648 white), Thailand (9,500 HRW, 24,000 HRS, 17,000 white), Brazil (50,000 HRW), and Mexico (28,191 HRW, 2,439 HRS, 8,089 SRW).

USDA forecasts 2013/14 U.S. wheat exports (including donations) to reach 32.0 MMT.
