According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's weekly Export Sales Report, total known outstanding sales and accumulated exports of all classes of wheat for the 2014/15 marketing year, through July 3, 2014 were 8.17 million metric tons (MMT), 23 percent lower than last year's year-to-date total of 10.6 MMT.

Net sales of 338,100 MT were below trade expectations of 400,000 to 635,000 MT. Increases were primarily for The Philippines (29,744 HRS, 60,000 SRW, 17,458 white), Saudi Arabia (68,250 SRW), South Korea (13,240 HRW, 14,040 HRS, 31,120 white), Mexico (31,143 HRW, 22,922 SRW), Brazil (50,500 HRW), and Nigeria (24,000 white).

USDA forecasts 2013/14 U.S. wheat exports (including donations) to reach 25.2 MMT.
