According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's weekly Export Sales Report, total known outstanding sales and accumulated exports of all classes of wheat for the 2013/14 marketing year, through March 27, 2014 were 30.3 million metric tons (MMT), 19 percent greater than last year's year-to-date total of 25.4 MMT.

Net sales of 336,400 MT for delivery during the 2013/2014 marketing year were down 16 percent from the previous week and 27 percent from the prior 4-week average and within trade expectations of 200,000 to 400,000 MT. Increases were primarily for Indonesia (49,350 HRS, 18,900 white), Egypt (63,000 SRW), Nigeria (61,097 HRW, -544 SRW), Brazil (46,610 HRW, -190 SRW), unknown destinations (32,850 HRW, -52,000 HRS, 21,000 SRW, 33,360 white), Dominican Republic (9,000 HRW, 3,800 HRS, 9,500 SRW), and Mexico (19,697 HRW, 66 HRS, 1,073 SRW).

USDA forecasts 2013/14 U.S. wheat exports (including donations) to reach 32.0 MMT.
