There have been no significant changes to the grade information after including this week's results. The average test weight continues to be improved over last year's final average of 57.8 lb/bu, foreign material is 0.3% compared to 0.0% last year, and damage is decreased to 1.4% compared to 2.3%. According to NASS statistics production, the states included in the survey harvested a low average of 37 bu/acre in North Carolina to a high average of 66 bu/acre in Ohio.

Flour ash from the laboratory mill is very acceptable (0.40%-0.45%). Farinograph absorption is trending higher than last year, with the exception of Indiana, while bake results are similar to last year.
