Harvest Report - October 9, 2009
HRS
According to the North Dakota Wheat Commission, harvest of the hard red spring crop is almost complete at 97 percent. Harvest is complete in South Dakota and almost complete in Minnesota at 99 percent. In Montana, harvest is 98 percent complete, following by North Dakota at 95 percent. HRS sample collection is complete and composite samples are being analyzed for milling, flour and baking properties. All parameters are similar to last week.
