Harvest Report - September 12, 2008
HRS
Hard red spring harvest progress has slowed over the past two weeks because of rain showers and cool weather. Only six percent of the crop was harvested last week in North Dakota, three percent in Minnesota and two percent in Montana according to the respective state National Agricultural Statistics Service offices. Warm, dry weather is needed to finish harvest. There are no significant quality changes this week from last week.
