This week’s 123 soft white samples consist of 81% from east central and southeastern Washington and 19% from western, north central, and northeastern Oregon.  This week’s weighted averages indicate lower moisture content at 9.6% from 9.9% last week, and other factors remained very close to last week: test weight at 61.0 lb/bu (80.2 kg/hl) from 60.9 lb/bu (80.1 kg/hl), protein unchanged at 9.7%, thousand kernel weight at 36.9g from 37.7g last week, and falling number value unchanged at 319 seconds.
