The U.S. Wheat Associates (USW) U.S. West Coast office is located in Portland, Oregon. This office assists the Headquarters office with organizational support and focuses on issues including West Coast market information, Canadian market information, wheat quality and grain standards issues, hard white wheat and wheat breeding and analysis programs. The West Coast Office interacts with the West Coast grain trade and export facilities, and maintains relations with the organizations member states.
